Exactly. For many people the last three games are what Tomb Raider is. A rambo-esq kill fest with marginal tomb raiding, simple puzzles, questionable politics, boring side-quests, and linear level design. The new games are very much a product of focus groups, and the emphasis on paid DLC is troubling.

The game has everything that I like to see in a game. The characters were deep and developed, voice acting was excellent, amazing visuals, captivating story line. I can't appreciate the soundtrack enough. Watching the character’s strengths and personalities evolve throughout the story was cool. Really enjoyed the game.
This is the same game as Tomb Raider [2013]. As I stated in my Rise Of The Romb Raider review, this is the same game as the 2013 Tomb Raider reboot. The structure and major gameplay sequences are nearly identical, just in a different setting with a different anatgonist and some minor insights into Lara Croft's backstory thrown in.
