Maybe they thought since itās āreusableā they didnāt have to clean it. If I saw that on a new-ish bike I wouldnāt be too worried. Have seen similar on multiple new bikes on the first couple oil changes, never had problems with them long term and they started cleaning up after the first couple changes.
