i read that truck you buy for them doesn't matter. so don't waste money and buy basic ivecos. i tested with buying trailers for them and this helps a bit. overall i am struggling like you to make employees make big money. they are almost useless and i have 3 garages, 11 emplyees (almost fully skilled), and 11 trailers.
For the AI, I get the cheapest truck (Iveco Stralis Active Time at 92k). For myself, I get MAN TGX, as I believe it has the highest horsepower engine available at 680HP. Nope, Volvo has 750HP available. Scania is 2nd @ 720HP I believe. I honestly think the aesthetic diferences are worth it for the MAN.
